📦 Orders & Shipping
🚚 How long will it take to get my orders?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Standard Post/Mail/Snail Mail
8+/- working days.
Courier
1-3 working days.
Made to order
Please allow extra time for orders that are made to order.
Important:
Standard Post must be addressed to a fixed delivery point like a letterbox or PO Box. It cannot be delivered to a business address unless there is a clearly marked letterbox or PO Box.
Unlike couriers (who can hand-deliver to reception), standard mail relies on traditional postal delivery methods — so make sure your address meets those requirements to avoid delays or returns.
Delivery targets are guidelines only and we do not guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer.

So we can help track down your order, please send us through a message or email with your order number.
If you do not have your order number please let us know your email or phone number used to place your order.
Then we will get back to asap with an update =)
🔄 Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Maybe — but it depends how fast you are.
If your order hasn’t been made or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. The sooner you get in touch, the better.
Send us a message or email with your order number and the change you need, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
⏳ Made-to-order or customised items can go into production quickly, so don’t wait!
🎨 Custom Products
🧠 Can you print my own design?
Yes! Logos, memes, phrases, photos.
We can print or decorate just about anything you like onto our products.
Browse our customisable products or send us through a message with your request on Facebook, Instagram, or our contact page.

PDF, PNG, JPEG, and SVG files are all good. If you're not sure, just flick it through — we’ll let you know if we need something different.
We’ll mock it up if needed and get in touch if anything looks off before printing.
🔨 What are your plate frames made of?
Our frames use premium outdoor vinyl decals, rated for long-term use and cut fresh in-house. They’re weatherproof, UV-resistant, and tough as nails.
- 5-7+ years with normal use
- Avoid abrasive scrubbing or high-pressure washers on the text.
For bulk orders, we can screen print instead — ideal for business branding or resellers. Flick us a message for a quote.
🖨️ Do you send mockups or proofs before printing?
Yes — we’re happy to help bring your idea to life.
- Simple stuff like text layout, font tweaks, or adding logos? Free.
- Need us to create a full custom design from scratch? There might be a small design fee — we’ll quote it upfront.
Send through your idea (even a rough sketch or description works), and we’ll let you know the best way to make it happen.
🗂️ What file types do you accept for custom prints?
We accept:
- PNG or JPEG (high-res preferred)
- SVG or PDF (for vector logos)
- AI or PSD if you’ve got layered designs

💸 Payment & Returns
🧾 What’s your returns & refund policy?
We get it — sometimes things aren’t quite right. Here’s the deal:
✅ You can return your item if:
- unworn/unused
- original packaging
- 30 days of receiving it
Start a return by emailing info@filthydog.co.nz. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label if it’s accepted.
❌ Non-returnables:
- Custom orders (unless faulty)
- Clearance items
- Used/installed products
🛠️ Got a faulty or wrong item?
Let us know ASAP (preferably within 48 hours of receiving it), and we’ll sort it out. Photos help.
🧾 Do you offer warranty?
Yep — all our vinyl graphics and printed products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This doesn’t cover:
- Fading or damage from harsh cleaning or chemicals
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper application or installation
If something’s off, contact us with photos and we’ll review your claim.
